The JHF Soul Music Art Contest promotes and salutes, soul music artists in the genres of Jazz, Disco, Blues, R&B, and more. In recognition of musicians and singers who were guests of the Jackson House.

ELIGIBILITY & SUBMITTAL
1. Entries must follow the theme "Soul Music Art"
2. Photography and digital art is acceptable; no videos.
3. Artwork must include the letters JHF.
4. Must submit on a white sheet of paper size 8.5x11, 8.5x14 or 11x17,
portrait or landscape.
5. You can only submit one (1) image.
6. The artwork must be your original creation and accompanied by a written
description of the artwork.
7. No copyright or trademarks should be included.
8. Artists 18 years old and older may apply.
9. Files must be in jpg, jpeg or pdf format.
10. Files may not exceed 15MB.
11. All images must be received by May 30, 2022, 11:59 p.m. EST.
JUDGING:
1. Interpretation and clarity of the theme.
2. Creativity and originality
3. Quality of artistic composition based on theme
4. Overall impression.
